I'm a Mustang enthusiast, first and foremost. Ask anyone who knows me, and they can attest to that...I'm pretty much known as "the Mustang guy" in my circle of friends. Ever since I started driving in 1994, Mustangs have been the only car I've owned. I started with a 1977 Mustang II Ghia, which I still actually own. It was my daily driver for 7 years until rust made it unworthy of continuous road duty. While I had that, I picked up a 1976 Cobra II that I wanted to turn into a street machine, but funds became limited, so that idea was scrapped. In 2001, I bought a 1999 Rio Red V6 coupe for daily use. It wasn't too bad...I put Bullitt wheels on it and a Mach 1 grille delete. Then in 2003, the power bug bit me. Originally I was intending to save up for a 2005 GT, but I couldn't wait. So I picked up a 2003 Sonic Blue GT...though it had to be exactly what I wanted. I knew I wanted Sonic Blue, and opted for the Premium package. The only options missing on the car are the Mach 1000 (I'm not that big on audio, so I don't care) and the automatic transmission. Once I bought that, my dad took the '99 coupe and drove that for a while. In 2005, he used it for a trade on his 2005 Explorer. I'm on here to show off my ride and further connect with the Mustang community. The legend lives!

Yesterday, my GT's odometer turned over 75,000 miles. I've owned the car since new back in June 2003. Pulled up to a light yesterday and it clicked over to 75000.0. I managed to snap a pic with the camera phone:

It still runs as strong as it did on day one...gets all the required maintenance on regular intervals; only problem I've had was with the rear (well, and a few fender-benders...heh). Other than that, flawless. I'm sure I'll be celebrating big sometime next year as it turns over 100,000 miles.
