Started racing at young age in go-karts. Raced at Saugus speedway when only 17 in a 1950 Oldsmobile stock car. Did some drag racing is stock classes. Got a sponser and raced a West Coast NASCAR late model 1963 Ford fastback. Ahhh, the good old days of the side oiler 427.
Started racing off road and formed FAIR, the very first independent off road racing team. Became part owner with Larry Hoffman in 4X4 and Dune Buggy News. We ran several 4X4 and dune buggy race cars.
Raced at the old Ascot park when stadium off road racing first started. Won the championship the first year driving "Duffy's Bronco" My profile picture is of me receiving the trophy with Steve McQueen and James Garner there too. They both were off road racers. RIP Steve, you are still missed, and not forgotten.

My wife is my best friend and turn on I have. Racing is further down the list. I have 5 children and 8 grandchildren (more on the way I hope).
TURN OFF's
Rude people. Cheapskates. Deadbeats. Dishonest people. Liars. Ex son-in-laws that treat my grandchildren badly. Ohhh, I guess he falls into all the catagories mentioned above.
