I have to sell my 1986 Mustang GT. My 4 Eyed Beast. The car has been in the family for almost 12 years, and mine for almost 2. Unfortinately when it was my moms, it only saw the mechanic when there was something obviously wrong with it. Nothing against my mom, but we didnt have any money for it to get the routine maintenance, so at 165,000 miles, it leaks oil and needs a rebuild, and now the clutch is ticking because the throwout bearing is going, the clutch needs to be replaced, the tranny is whining and the synchros are outta wack, so it needs to be rebuilt, and i got a fix it ticket, so all of the body damage needs to be corrected by feb 22nd, and it now has a salvaged title so the DMV needs to put the car through a "road worthiness" test, and it needs to be smogged, and its not going to pass smog. Dispite everything wrong with it, the car runs & sounds like a champ. Everything went wrong with that car at about the same time. I was set on restoring it but theres no way i can do that now. I have found a 96 GT that has been taken very good care of and bought it for $3,500.

Finally something happened

For the long awaited update, I got my insurance money!!! I have enough to replace the clutch, rebuild the tranny, and have all of the body work done. I know I havent posted pictures of the car recently but its too sad with all the damage, my 4 eyed beast has become a 3 eyed beast, and it kills me everytime i look at it cause i love it so much and want everyone to look at my car respect and admiration the way i do... ok so thats goin a bit far, but still it deserves to look and run well. Im finally able to start doing something about that and it feels so good. Anyway this has really turned into a blog more than an about me section. maybe i will move this to the a blog but for now, its here for all to see.

Its Been A While...

Well the first part of this doesnt start well... The day after Christmas i was on my way to work, I was in the fast lane and it was clear ahead of me, so im crusin @ about 75 maybe 80, this van in the #2 lane blows its rear passanger tire and hits his breaks and gets over in front of me to get into the center divide. I couldnt break in time and my front drivers side fender and that side of the bumper are now insanely crunched. Now between the insurance money for the car, the insurance money for pain & suffering, and the hook up through my club, Mustang Nation  , Im gonna get the dents pulled, my doors realigned, everything sanded and painted. My Car after a decade of crappy paint and rust, its finally gonna get just some of the care it deserves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gotta go for now but i will keep everyone updated!!!!!!!!!!! Im so excited  , they are gonna inspect my car this wednesday @ 11:15 PST so pray for me and what is hopefully a bigass check Later All
