My project began in October of 04 when I took delivery of the first street driven 05 Mustang GT in Las Vegas. She is # 744 off the assembly line. I have dreamed of this car since childhood and it has been a dream come true. The vision really came together in 03 when I saw the first sketches of the redesign for the 05 Mustang...
I would like it to be known that my Pony is not a "clone"...She is my vision of a 68 Shelby GT 500 reborn in "modern skin". My Pony took shape long before Ford's announcement of the 07 Shelby. She was the first 05 Mustang to wear the "Shelby" name... I began modding her almost immediately upon her arrival. I worked with a former Shelby employee to get the striping & details just right.
I am about halfway done at this point and it's been a blast. Blood, sweat and tear's have brought her this far and will bring her across the finish line. Most of the work has been done by myself less the stripe's and computer tunning...Countless hours have been poured into each and every detail of every mod.
