I love to street race my v6 stang...

Well on Thursday April 23rd I got my car back from the shop. We took my car into our favorite local mechanics shop and upgraded the rear end of my stang. We upgraded the gears from the stock 3:27's to a very huge and different 4:10's. Also to make these brand new 4:10's more effective we threw in a Detroit TrueTrac to get rid of that most horrible open end differential and give my stang the most wanted limited slip differential.

Now to the reasons why I am frustrated...

First off, I CANNOT TRY THEM OUT!!! Everyone told me I need to break them in and wait for, what feels like forever, 3,000 miles!!! I mean I can already feel the difference without "trying them out." Already the rear end on my v6 stang feels so strong and so powerful!!! I want to play with my new toys!!!

And second, I already knew this, my speed-o is off by 10 - 15mph over, but I cannot not find anyone to recalibrate my speed-o to fix the situation... I guess I am just going to have to break down and by a flash tuner, oh darn! hehe
