does anyone have any leads on someone who will refurbish my wheels?

i have a few spots where the previous owner curbed the car and i hear they can be soldered and filled.  the finish on the wheels is in bad shape too because the car was only cleaned in drive through washes when he had it.  i took the wheels off a few times and worked on them a great deal and got them as good as i can, but i would like to get a quote to get them refurbed
