What the hell, why is the only car on the decepticons team in the new transformer move a ford mustang and all the good guys happen to be gm vehicals. I think somebody got a big payoff. I do think "To punish and Enslave" on the side of barricade is funny as hell but come on why do all the autobots needs to be gm.
Well apparenty Transformers director Michael Bay had an existing relationship with GM and he wanted the new Camaro in the film. Saleen actually built both the Mustang and the "Camaro" (which the film's stunt cars are actually based on the GTO).
Not sure Ford could have won this one...flame the director. Thumbs up to Saleen though for getting in on both sides of the battle!
