the stroker will probably cost more initially than a 351, the problem really lies in finding a good block that doesnt need machine work. Even if you find a 351 for a good price that doesnt guarantee that it will last for long, it doesnt guarantee it wont either its a gamble but a stroker you should be able to get some kinda of warantee with like for a breakin period or soemthing...just need to look around and see what all is out there the options are endless its a money matter really
