I prefer a manual, but built autos can be sick to say the least. If you're dead set on a manual your 4.30 gears are going to make first gear nearly useless, and like a lot of people, you will struggle to launch the car with optimal control and minimal drag, even with radials simply because 4.30s will run you right through 1rst, and even 2nd in no time flat. I wouldn't be suprised to say you'd be shifting into 3rd at 30 mph with those gears. I have 3.55s on my 5.0 and my first gear is already short as hell, but not so short that I have a hard time launching the car. I'd do the swap first and see if it's something you like, you may like the extremely short first, or you may be like others and can out the 4.30s for 3.55s or 3.73s to regain that 1rst gear control and traction.

You have all the parts down, but I believe that you'll need an ECU out of a car with a manual, I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think that your current ECU can be reprogrammed for a manual except by Ford, so that one I would call on first. But to put it simply you'd need:

Belhousing
Clutch
Flywheel
Clutch Cable
Clutch Pedal Assembly
Transmission
Possibly the Transmission to Driveshaft Yoke (not sure if the auto and manual use the same)
Manual ECU or ECU reprogram if possible
