In general, no they're not worth it on a stock to near stock car, and even on heavily modified cars the gains are not very impressive. I'd spend the money on a tuner, or something along those lines, depending on how much money you have, you could even invest in some gears (gears are cheap, install isn't). In any since, you wouldn't gain much, and while my knowledge with Sn-197s is limited, I do know that on Sn-95 either the intake, or plenum has to be swapped or ported for you to take any advantage of the extra airflow.
