After looking at them they don't seem bad, however they're not going to be that much of an improvement as the kit for $300 doesn't have the parking break, and you'd need to buy the kit for $400, which is approx 1/2 the cost of a Cobra Kit, and that's just making the rear like a stock Mustang. I'd say save up and upgrade the whole thing to a larger diameter brake, trust me on this, larger diameter is the way to, there is just so much more control of the car when breaking. I went with a Cobra kit, then added in Drilled/Slotted rotors for both visual, and the extra braking performance.
This one is up to you, it doesn't seem like a bad kit, but upon further reading, isn't as cheap as it sounds.
