Wish you the best of luck, and keep us up to date. I found this kit for you, it's both a Cobra kit, and a 4 lug to 5 lug conversion, and comes with new everything, a great buy if you ask me. Not sure if it's in your price range, but due to the fact you're already looking at spending a nice sum of cash, and that's just to do the rear, not to mention that you may want to change out in the future, this kit would get you everything (minus the 5 lug rims of course). Just throwing this one out there for you.
