From what I see it shouldn't matter what fuel rails you use, they still mount in the same way. You can probably get to the regulator with a screw driver to perform the needed adjustments, however to install the upper intake has to come off. Again, it's not hard what so ever to do, took me less than 2 hours to take it off as I stated earlier.
