GT/Cobra Shocks/Struts (sixer shocks/struts are set up for different weight and will sag)
5.0 ECU for the correct tranny (your ecu will not work)
Possible transmission and driveshaft relocation
Radiator Hoses
And a handful of other small tidbit items, needless to say it will not be easy.

These parts will push you from a crappy 160ish rwhp that the T-Bird 5.0 makes to around 250ish. Also, go to a local parts store and get a honing tool, an engine bearing kit, and rings, pull your oil pain, and hone the block and put the new rings/bearings in, this will ensure an extremely long engine life. Yes this will cost you money, but you're not going to be able to just drop in the motor, so might as well build it to actually make some power while it's down. Now the heads and intake are an economy build, you can get better higher flowing parts, but you're also going to pay more money. Also, 87-93 intakes require an elbow adaptor and EGR fitting to allow them to bolt into a 94-98.
