Well that will work, but plan on having your car down for about 20 hours to do the heads and intake swap. It really doesn't take that long to do, but due to lag time in finding bolts, taking breaks for stretches, and getting some pain in the ass nuts out the way, not to mention the trips to the store the get certain tools you'll need will eat up your time to do the heads and intake.
