Stage 5 port job????

If you want to add decent power (I'm assuming you have an 03/04 Cobra) then yes, upgrade the pulley to the next boost level (I believe that would be an 11 PSI pulley, but could be 15, not sure if the Cobras come with a 9 or 11 PSI pulley stock). Put it this way, for every extra PSI you'll gain around 9-12 rwhp. To get even more get a cold air intake, yes these things actually add google loads of power to a Terminator Cobra as the stock intake actually hampers the power. Next get yourself a Diablo Predator or SCT X Cal II or III tuner and fine tune that thing, again, tuners add nice bits of power to the Cobras. As far as porting the S/C, I wouldn't even worry with that unless you're gonna do everything, the port job itself will yield power, but not as much as the above mods will. Porting the S/C should only really be done when you're gonna port the lower intake, upgrade and port the heads, and perform a cam swap, but that's just my opinion there.
