I talked to a flowmater rep at one of the FFW and he told me they have done lots of testing on h vs x pipes and there really isn't much difference in performance only real difference is the way they sound.
I think the H sounds much better then then the x. If you are going for power, go withe the X. If you are going for sound, go with the H. The X makes it sounds like a V6 with exhaust but that is just my opinion.
