antique PA plates

I sent photos in to get antique plates and they denied me saying I needed to put hubcaps on. You have to be kidding me. Drop by my page (www.mymustangsite.com/lanpartyz) to look at my wheels. Any suggestions? I do not have wheels and hubcaps other then the rally looking wheels I have on it.

I think its nuts not to issue me plates because I dont have hubcaps lol.

any mod done to a antique or classic car revokes the qualification, and though i dont think wheels are really modifications, the state does. It doesnt have to be hub caps, it has to be OEM style wheels, which now that i think about it, yours look like they are.

Your best bet would be to get some kind of documentation showing that it meets manufacture specs and send it to them
