Restoring my 1966 Mustang L6 200ci 2dr Coupe AKA Valerie

Have pics not smart enough to figure out how to upload yet here are the goals that I have outlined so far for her within the next 6 months: (I Know putting timelines on these things is a bad idea it only serves to frustrate.)
Replace stock engine with: D.S.S. Racing Level 20 302 with Hooker or pace setter headers
Thumper Cams CNC Pistons (not too sure about the headers relatively new to this so open to suggestions) Dropped out the back with Flowmaster 50 series x pipes
Replace stock trans with TKO 600 21/36 Spline
Zoom Twins 26t Spline Clutch
With a Billit Alluminum 0/28/50 Balanced Flywheel

Concurrently while prepping all of this to be replaced Pulling the interior and having it Dry ice blasted then mineral blasted. (Dry ice blasted only because I have acces to such equipment and want to see if it's going to be worth the cost of the mineral blast especially when I know where a 65 sits fully restored for 6500)

Painted a color shifting paint scheme of Red White and Blue with the Pony emblem on front done in the Flag and Fog Lights behind the grill. A vinyl application on the back window of either the flag or some other such thing I really like the eagle crying with the back drop of the twin towers..... IDK That's still up in the air I don't even know if I can pull of the paint job yet.

Ideas suggestions and gripes moans groans and complaints are welcome the last three will probably get a it's my car so shove it but you're still welcome to post.
Thanks
