Default My Suspension for my Fastback...

Got my suspension for the Fastback today.

Front clip
It'll look something like this when its done

13" wilwood brakes with 2" dropped spindles

This is what the rear looks like, its not put together its in a box

my 9 inch, going to get a posi for it and 3.73 gears if i can. Haven't looked into it yet, might go with 35 spline moser axles.

I should be able to fit a nice big block ford inbetween the frame now

What i got is Martz frontclip with 2 inch dropped spindles with QA1 adjustable coilovers, 13" wilwood front brakes 12" in the rear, Ford 9 inch with a 4 link with coilovers.

I also got the aluminum inner fenderwells, aluminum radiator support and a big block aluminum radiator.
It'll look like this when its all installed.

That's some pretty serious stuff. I take it you are going racing when it is done? How long do you expect this project to take?

i would like to finish it by the end of the year, now since i have a real job an can afford doing it i might be able to. I just can't really do any work on it myself until the end of the fire season.

I am readying for welding though.

You've got a lift and everything. That's cool. Sure would suck to be in the middle of something and get a fire call.

I am going to be building a rotisserie for my own car. Taking the whole thing to bare metal. I don't have a lift though.

Stay safe,

Steve
