I live across the street from a Gamestop store and on my way home have noticed the gamers start lining up at 1AM the night before when a major game is set to be released.
The game is a post apocalypse world in the ruins of Washington DC. You are battling mutants, ghouls, machines and other creatures. Strikes me as wishful thinking from someone that overdosed on the Terminator flicks, but hey if it sells you gotta give the people what they want.
Never played it, but it sounds like a great reprieve from the fireworks on the business channels and the hot air from the usual cast of characters on the ABC, NBC, etc networks. I am not a video gamer, but would appreicate thoughts from those in the know.
