Turbonettics turbos are about the best, but they're very expensive, and I don't believe there are any V6 kits, so you're gonna have to have most of the kit fabed.
Let me ask you this, what "exactly" do you want out of a car?
Lower end boost and hp 1200-4500 RPMs 1-3rd gear.
Mid level boost and hp 2000-5500 RPMs 2-4th gear.
Higher end boost and hp 2500-6000+ RPMs 3-5/6th gear.

Then a turbo is not what you want, you're looking for a centrifugal super charger. Look into a Vortech or Procharger kit.
However, being that you have a 96, I'd look into performing a split port intake and head swap first, the single port intake/head setup on the early sn-95s is extremely restrictive, and will not allow for the best gains.
You can find conversion kits on Super Six Motorsports or just go to a junk yard and get all the parts. You'd need the following:
Wiring harness
Upper/lower intake
heads
all the gaskets
throttle body
air intake
spark plugs
spark plug wires
Perform the basic swap and you'll gain 40 rwhp, port and polish the intake, and have a shop port/polish the heads and perform a valve job and you could get another 20 or so, throw in a cam that will match the S/C selection, and you'll gain another 10-20 rwhp. Then you'll get the same 11 rwhp gain per PSI for the S/C, in short, you'll spend a little more and get a lot more in the end.

i have been saving up money for the intake and heads thats for $1800. stage 2, or should i go stage 3 if i'm getting the turbo or s/c
and the compturbo.com they are just turbo's, i was seeing for a kit, but doesn't matter.
i'll look into the s/c chris it might be the way to go.
i search the nearest junkyards for turbos and the set up but i'm going to call up king's auto junk yard for some, but i don't think they would have one.
also where can i find a storker kit for it?

Super Six Motorsports also sells stroker kits. Make sure you get forged though. The stock block is good for a h/c/i swap, or an S/C, T/C, but not both.
As far as the turbo goes, remember, if you don't get one in a kit, you'll have a lot, and I mean a lot of pipe fabrication to have done. Also, make sure you get stainless steel piping, and possibly ceramic coated to prevent them from rusting. While your engine bay stays pretty dry, water does get in there, and that's the last thing you want is rust on the piping, it not only looks bad, but will cause issues.
IMO a turbo is just too much pain for anything less than a racing car, they're expensive, and require lots of research and work to get all the right parts, when you can just go to nearly any mustang website and pic up a complete S/C kit for 3/4 to half the price of a turbo. Turbos make better power, but still, too much headache for anything less than a race car.

An S/C will come with a full set of instructions. Follow them carefully, and you should be fine. Hardest thing is going to be the small bit of wiring that needs to be done, but that's nothing more than splicing a couple of wires.
