A 24-year-old woman by the name Jennifer Bitton*was clocked speeding*on*Loop 101 in Scottsdale, Arizona*by photo enforcement cameras 22 times in 45 days in her Ford Mustang.* Jennifer who is from Las Vegas is described by Scottsdale authorities as a “habitual speeder” was arrested by DPS officers at her parents’ home in North Scottsdale on two counts of criminal speeding, reckless driving and one count of endangerment.
