2004 Mustang CT A/C and Heater not working properly

Hi, I have a Ford Mustang 2004 Convertible, I am encountering a strange problem from last couple of months. In summer when I turn ON the AC in the car, it gets cool for 5 to 10 mins and after that hot air begins to come, it becomes hot after some time. Since, it was summer I used to open the windows or take off the top. But now when I turn the heater ON, I am getting the same problem. Its hot for sometime upto 5 mins and after that its becoming cold. Can someone please suggest me if you know
