79 Mustang vacuum hose connector

I am trying to find the connector on my 302 engine that the vacuum hoses connect to. It is round with a metal cap and plastic body with a stem molded underneath. Printed on it is MAN, CARB, and DIST. The vacuum advance hose hooks to it and the other two hoses from it connect to the carb and manifold. The Ford part number on it is 9F490C2A. Can anybody help me out on this? Thanks!
