Default 2.3 Performance Upgrades

Hey everybody, I am getting a new 2.3 put in my 88 mustang lx. I am planning on buying all new accel ignition and new exhast but besides turbo, does anyone have any ideas for performance parts?

well theres alot you can do but you have to decide on if youre gonna go all motor or put a turbo on it buy in the mean time i would go with some drivetrain upgrades like an aluminum flywheel better clutch maybe better gears
