If your going to keep the 4lug set up I went with new calipers that have the 73m piston instead of the 53m piston, sloted and crossdrilled rotors and a set of good brake pads and stainless steel brake lines.I got the brake calipers new off ebay for 125.00 and the rotors were like 199.00 it helped alot on the road course but it could have been better.

I am upgrading the front this year (because I want too, not because I have too) to aerospace 4 caliper units. It takes about 40 pounds off the front of my car and I will take everything I can get out weight wise.
okay now try stopping from 160 to 80, back to 140 then down to 60 and repeat while going around an entire track.

stock brakes suck. for a simple 1/4 mile, fine, upgrade the pads. past that .. mmm no.
