a welded shaft is the least of your worries... that 7.5 rearend will probably give up the ghost before anything else, so be careful with the beattings.

ya i got a 8.8 that came out of a ranger that had a 8.8 in it. it was my uncles splash he rolled it over and i said hey i want that rear end before you scrap it! so we traded rear ends. but i have alot of shit going on with the stang that i forgot about the fairmont and im trying to get both of them. mustang with the 5.0 swap from a 3.8 but mine is a 96 and they dont put 5.0 in that year ever since 95 what i got it out of. but hey the stang right now and the fairmont is both down. somehow they both keep draining my batteries. the radio drains the battery on the stang and i cant find whats draining the battery on the fairmont. its pissing me off so much. and now on the fairmont i need brake lines and shifter linkage for a c6.
