Angry electric fuel pump help

I have an 88 convertable and am swaping a 2.3 for a 5.0. with fuel injection from a 87 doner car. I changed the wire harness and computor along with the motor. I have everything together but I don't have any power to the fuel pump. I see that the electrical conector on the firewall on the drivers side for the power to the eec on the 2.3 has more wires going to it than the 5.0 is that were the problem starts? Does anybody have any good ideas how to fix it? I know that there are a few of you who have done this swap. please help?

I have all of my wiring problems fixed. It took a while but it was worth it when I finally got the car on the road.

I have been studying up on wiring harnesses for 1983 and 1985 just so happens 1988 is covered in manual. The wiring schematic is very different for 2.3 than 5.0 in most of circuits it has extra circuits for the 4cyl not common for the 8cyl. I would suggest you invest into clymers manual as it covers the differences and you can easily trace your missing wire down.

Yo probably have more than one wire out of sync regardless if the all connectors plugged into the v8.
