Default 79-93 questionair

ok i have a 85 GT but the tail lights i want are for the fox body 87-93 will they still fit my 85 GT?

I put 86 tails on my 90 GT. So it should be no problem.

Ya, they'll fit just fine, and look damn good too! The only thing you may have to do, if I remember correctly, is change the clear bulbs in the turn signal plugs to amber bulbs. Other than that, it's a straight swap.

they'll fit right in my mustang is an 85 and we have the head lights and tail lights from a 93 its a little more complicated with the head lights

they are interchangeable to a point. like with my 82 i had two lights for my brake lights and one for reverse. i put 88 lx lights in mine and i had to cut some metal so the reverse light would plug in and i had to bridge wires so i had one brake/turn signal
