guestion for the guys that have cowl hoods

ok guys im interested in buying a cowl hood but im looking between the 3 inch and the 4 inch from the pictures i believe the 4 inch looks better but i want opinons on how it looks from the drivers seat in other words speaking of visibility i would appreciate if you guys can help me out with this one cause ill be purchasing my hood next month cause im getting ready to send the car to paint atleast by april

if your car has power seats go with the 4 inch. i have a 89 with a 2.5 inch hood with out power seats. and im only 5-8. if my car had a 4 inch hood, dont think i would be able to see that good. but your right the 4 inch hoods look great

i dont have power seats but im 6 so i think itll work thank you

hey man I am 6 ft and I dont have no power seats in my 87 lx 5.0 well i have a 4" harwood hood. great hood and no problems seeing over it, it just makes it a little weird driving for the first 100 miles till you learn to judge the road again, and its hard to see the nose of the car, but as far as being able to see over it, no problem

I'm 6'4 with an 89 lx that I put a 4 inch Cobra R hood on to go with my 351. I had no problems seeing. The 4 inch part will be in the middle of the hood, not on the ends where you do most of the looking.
