Limit on pictures in forums?

How long has there been a limit on how many pics you can post in the forums? I tried posting a pic yesterday and it said I was way over my limit. Is this something new so there is less bandwidth for the site because we all now, more bandwidth means more money, correct?

it should work now (i hope)...i think it was a "permissions" issue with gold members....let me know if you still have trouble

I just noticed that when I hit the top posters link in the quick links my name doesn't show up to show the amount of post i did in a certain amount of time. It's no big deal, just wondering why.
