Default Intruder alert... Tbird in the house!

I am robbing parts off everything from Mark VII's to Mustangs to build an "H.O." for my tired 87 Tbird 5.0. I have a Non-roller block bored .40 over with the original crank, new H654P pistons, bearings etc... I have a set of E7 heads, a couple of HO computers and the upper intake off a 90 LSC with TB, TPS etc... Not sure if the heads will need to be shaved but chances are they will. I am concerned about valve to piston clearance but still want an aggressive cam. I am looking for advice on a camshaft, valve, valve spring, push rod and rocker combination understanding of course I will still need to check my VTP clearance. What are the specs for the final version "H.O." cam? I have found several different sets of specs... BTW I am running an AOD and swapping in an 8.8 w/ 3.73 ratio. The goal is to have a beast of a daily driver. I looked around the site a little. Looks like there is alot of good info. Looking forward to reading lots of opinions and I apoligize in advance if I start any arguments...
