Customers upon activation receive 15 Free Locates.

No locates are necessary for Theft Recovery purposes during the first 5 Years after purchase.

Customers will simply call the KARR Track 800 number for 24 hour assistance.

They can use those locates for the first 5 years of their agreement.

At the end of 5 years they have the opportunity to renew their contracts for a 1, 2 or year 3 term.

Upon purchase and activation clients will also have the opportunity to purchase bundled services packages at a discounted rate. They can add additional locates, Angel Services, or extended tracking terms beyond the first 5 Year period.

In the event that your vehicle is stolen, you receive notification via any email-enabled device, and can locate your vehicle quickly and easily through the secure MobileGuardian website. When you inquire about your vehicle’s location, MobileGuardian automatically pages the vehicle device to retrieve street-level data.
