Default trunk tool storage for under $25.00

I wanted a place to store a few tools in my trunk, but I didn't feel like spending $275.00 for the Roush tool kit, made a trip to Sears for a $8.00 tool box, went to a local Auto trim shop for $10.00 in speaker box carpet which matches the inner trunk carpet, Home Depot
for $7.00 in hardware and this is what I ended up with.

yes I had some foam that I laid the tools out on and trace the outlines on it, then trimmed
it out and installed in box, tools fit nice and tight and no rattles.
