Default Good or Bad Idea?

Hello all, I own a 2000 Mustang and I am thinking about adding some Gianelle Cairo rims: 20x8.5 (front) and 20x10 (rear) with Falkin tires: Front: 245/ 35/ 20 and Rear: 275/ 30/ 20. What are your opinions? I understand that the wheels will be heavy and it may cause my car to be slower, but I am more concern about the fitting and damage to my car. I am getting the wheels online and I do not want headaches after I receive them so please let me know what you guys think.
Thank you in advance.
I've photoshopped the wheels to my car and I fell in love with it.

Not trying to sound disrespectful, but "oh hell no" do I have to remind you you're driving a Mustang, not a truck (or an 80s Lincoln). Serriously, do you have any idea how hiddious cars are with rims that size, god it makes me want to puke, and not just me but any Mustang person.

Again, not bashing you, but that's just a god aweful thing to do a car. You're going to have mounting issues, as well as tread life issues, not to mention that if you hit a pot hole you're going to get an egg, and that doesn't even start to mention the MPG loss you're going to endure.

If you want to change your rims out go no larger than 18" (tires are more expensive that 17" though), they won't require any modifications, and most will look decent on a stang (talking customs here not Ford as most Fords look great), and you won't lose nearly as much power or MPG.

Seriously, DO NOT GO BIGGER THAN 18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jthorn is right, I would not go bigger than 18". You are asking for a lot of problems.

damn, not the answer I was looking for. But thank you for your advice guys. Only bad thing is that I really like those rims and they do not make it under 20. I guess I will have to go back to the drawing board and start looking at different rims.
Thank you guys for your help!

Look up eagle, and boss rims, a lot of custom options that are 18" and under. Remember, you want 17 or 18" x 8.5" or 9" anything under will hamper steering, and traction, the preferred size is 17" x 9" or 18" X 9". Boss makes a beautiful set of rims, they're a little pricey, but look outstanding.

Thanks guys. Instead of looking online, I actually went to few local rim shops in my area and found the 18" rims with low profile tires. You guys are right. Driving back home on the highway, I felt the roughness a little. It felt weird turning as well (it wasn't smooth, or it's something I have to get used to). So I imagine riding on the 20s with low profiles will be rougher. I even saved $1,500 compared to the 20s I wanted to get . I'm sure I bought a cheaper brand rims, but it's all good.
Thanks again for your help guys.

The problem isn't the rims, it's the tires, for 18" rims this is the size you should run:

275/35-18

Any smaller, such as low profile, and you'll be running through tires like a fat man at a all you can eat buffet.
