Umm......I might of said this before but you still need way more than just the 5.0 engine to put it in your V6, you need the following:

Bellhousing
8.8" Rear End (your 7.5" will not hold very long, I promise you)
GT/Cobra Shocks/Struts (sixer shocks/struts are set up for different weight and will sag)
5.0 ECU for the correct tranny (your ecu will not work)
Possible transmission and driveshaft relocation
Radiator Hoses
And a handful of other small tidbit items, needless to say it will not be easy.

eBay Motors: Remanufactured Ford 302 5.0 Cobra GT40 Cylinder Heads (item 290307133990 end time Apr-08-09 09:08:10 PDT)

These parts will push you from a crappy 160ish rwhp that the T-Bird 5.0 makes to around 250ish. Also, go to a local parts store and get a honing tool, an engine bearing kit, and rings, pull your oil pain, and hone the block and put the new rings/bearings in, this will ensure an extremely long engine life. Yes this will cost you money, but you're not going to be able to just drop in the motor, so might as well build it to actually make some power while it's down. Now the heads and intake are an economy build, you can get better higher flowing parts, but you're also going to pay more money. Also, 87-93 intakes require an elbow adaptor and EGR fitting to allow them to bolt into a 94-98.

Yes, the 5.0 is a great motor, but very slow in it's stock for, which is why I gave you the links. Now is the best time to do an engine build because it's 100X easier to work on, nothing is in the way, just pull the parts off, and put the new stuff on, no removing 20 million sensors, no draining the cooling system, no fighting to get good leverage on a bolt, it's all easier to work on.

Trust me, you'll be 100X happier with the swap if you put on a new set of heads, and intake, you don't have to do the cam (I didn't on mine for example), but at least when you pull the heads, drop the oil pain, pull the internals, and put new rings and bearings in like I stated along with honing the block, that way it will be like you have a new motor and not a worn out old 5.0 going into your car.

ya it would be 10x easier and happier. but heres a thing my v6 has a rod knock and i want to put the v8 in quick and also i dont have the money to get everything. i only have the amount for the heads and intake and thats all for now. i want to keep some money on hand in case anything goes wrong. im just goin to put the motor in and when i get my next pay day ill get the heads, and so on so on just take little steps for now.

your right but right now i just want to put the motor in so i can drive it its kinda hard driving a gas jussler f 150 and sharing it right now because my uncles car is down and i promise him he can use it to go to work and me and my sister car pool in her sho.

so just want to put it in for now then performance later probly next month ill do it, little by little.

Well that will work, but plan on having your car down for about 20 hours to do the heads and intake swap. It really doesn't take that long to do, but due to lag time in finding bolts, taking breaks for stretches, and getting some pain in the ass nuts out the way, not to mention the trips to the store the get certain tools you'll need will eat up your time to do the heads and intake.
