ok its been long overdue but its time to put a supercharger on my baby. now my question is this ? eaton m112 supercharger will it fit on my 04 gt , im looking for upper and lower intakes that will make that eaton fit on my car ? where can i go or if any one has them for sale for a decent price? any help

No, the M-112 will not fit on your GT without some type of adaptor plate, they are made solely for the 03/04 Cobras. Even 99 Cobras have to use 03/04 parts for them to fit. The 99-04 V6s can use them with an adaptor plate, but the plate is more expensive than the S/C. So can it drop in, no, can it be used, yes, is it worth the money, not really, for your case look into a twin screw whipple or kenne bell supercharger, far better than the roots based m-112.
