Default Clutch issues... need help

Hey everyone, ive posted once or twice on here, well ive got this annoying clutch problem that i cant seem to fix. I changed out the clutch on my own, and ever since i have had clutch pedal rattle, I put a SPEC stage 1 clutch kit in, with a steeda firewall cable adjuster, the kit came with the clutch disc, the pressure plate, the T/O bearing, the Pilot bearing, and the allignment tool. I had the flywheel resurfaced to the manufactures specs.. The new clutch felt very wierd to me at first, i took off slow, and at low rpms. i didnt get more than half into the throttle for like 750 miles. the car would buck really bad when i would take off in first, and then once i was moving all my other shifts were very smooth, eventually the bucking went away, and about a month after the bucking went away i started noticing a squeak when the clutch pedal was all the way out, the squeak turned into a tapping noise, and from there, the pedal started rattling very bad... well i decided to take it to a performance shop, i took it to Justins Performance Center in MD. they told me i needed a new T/O bearing, that i must have gotten a bad one, the first to bearing i put in was an oem bearing, well i got a centerforce bearing from them, and replaced the stock aluminum bearing retainer sleeve with a steel one. got everything put in, and it was good for like two weeks, and for some reason the grease on the new retainer sleeve wore off, and the pedal started to feel like metal on metal, i said screw it and waited another couple weeks, and the pedal started rattling again, i posted on a bunch of sites...my problem, and somebody said to replace the clutch fork, becuase the tines that hold the to bearing in place sometiems get a little worn out, so a couple weeks ago i took the tranny out again.. and put a new oem to bearing in, along with a brand new clutch fork, i wiped all the old grease off, and put some new fully synthetic wheel bearing grease on the bearing retainer sleeve, well its been like two weeks now, and its starting to feel like the grease is wearing off, and i can hear a slight tapping coming back.. my question is, what else could possibly be my problem... ive replaced just about everything and i dont know what else to look at, does anybody have some fresh ideas? check out my clutch write up at mustang forums.com/m_3110131/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#3110131 anybody notice something that i did wrong? i really appreciate all the input and advice in advance(take the space out between mustang and forums).....

Did you ever take it back over to Justin to look at after you had problems? He's a stand up guy, that would help you out if you had a problem.
I know you said you replaced the clutch fork, with another OEM piece? Yeah they do/ can bend over time and abuse. Couple different places make nice aftermarket replacement parts.

i myself had your exact problem, when you let the clutch completely out like when sitting at a red light or whatever the pedal feels like it vibrates and makes a bit of a rattling/ squeeking sound. At one end of the clutch fork there is a pivot ball, this pivot ball slides on some metal tongs into a socket in the clutch fork, there must be some high temp long life grease in the socket or it will make the noise your describing.
