I was wondering what everybody thought about me putting a Saleen Kit on my new 95.

I just not into the "fake" cars. But I dont seem to be able to afford a real one! Love the SALEENS.

How can you define "real" or "fake"? Don't Steve Saleen and Jack Roush take existing Mustangs and bolt on their body kits and performance mods? How would it be any different if you just did it yourself?
Maybe you didn't fork over $50K for it, but I think it would be worthy of the Saleen badge.

heck yeah just bolt that kit up on it and keep going. if you had the money to pay Roush Steeda Saleen or half those other guys to put their logo on your car or hell strap a supercharger that you can put on yourself.. SAVE THE MONEY do it YOURSELF! haha does anyone know how much a Saleen Kit would lower a 2005 mustang?

Well I already have the Supercharger on it. It is sounding like I should and not worry about it. As for lowering the 05, I think the Race Craft Springs would lower it 1 1/2 inches up front, 2 inches in the rear.

I'm not planning on lowering it I just don't know of anywhere on the net you can find out how much lower the car would sit with the Saleen Body kit on it. I want the body kit on the Mustang but if it lowers it enough i can't make it over these speed bumps the entire kit isn't worth buying and having it painted.
