well i use to work for a body shop. and I also do alot of work myself on mustangs and other cars. most handles are exactly opposite of the driver side lol.. should snap right on. but from my experience most body shops will snap something like this on for free just for the fact that they might get more work from you later on for doing this small favor.

If super glue doesn't work I'd check ebay for a new one.

use gorilla glue, your car will deteriorate before it falls back off

Hey i tell you what i wanna say there is a clip in the handle.. take a very small flat head screwdriver and see if it will open up or not. If it doesn't just glue it to the little metal handle.. but yeah if the clip spreads just try and wedge it onto the metal and wiggle it into place.. it should click if the little metal rod has a hole in it.

Oh believe me I tried that. Looking directly at the back of the knob theres the hole the metal handle goes into and the clip youre referring to is on top. I tried everything i possible could to get that sucker to go on. Bending, prying and even smacking it with a hammer and cloth over the knob. Finally yesterday I glued the sucker on, held it for a few minutes, went and smoked a cig and came back lifted up on it and it stayed in place. Quick fix I guess but frustrating none the less. If it ever comes back off Ill try the gorilla glue advice. Thanks for all your help guys!
