So today my friend and i hiked around more in the Mine area again. We hiked about a mile down stream and then came back and hiked around the bridge around and then we hiked upstream. A lot of trails to wheel your 4x4. Next time instead of hiking we might just drive all over. First part of the trail would be the trickiest because its a huge angle and big ruts in it.
The mining trail down to this area is interesting in itself, most of it is washed out near the end and you have to crawl through it.

This time we found the other side of the shaft and we walked into it. It was scary cause it has collapsed.

Might go back this weekend and wheel my Jeep down to the spot we found that might be good place to gold pan
