Quite a bit actually.
Comfort "weave" seats, retro gauges, most have bullit pedals and brushed dash bezel (IUP), 3.55 gears, 4.6 DOHC 310hp/330tq, lowered 1/2 in more than GT with different suspension, grill delete with chin spoiler, shaker hood and assembly. I think that is it.

Here is a helpful page that gives spec from a Mach, GT, and a bullit.

They also have a rolled chrome exhaust tip, retro style rims, different window as shown in post #1, the signature Mach 1 Decals, and the black spoiler on the deck lid.

I forgot about the brakes being different too. The Mach has the same brakes as the Cobra which are bigger than the GT's. They work alot better, my sister has an 02 GT and the brakes suck in comparison to my Mach's brakes.

Your right, Mach's don't joke around. I went to buy a GT and the salesguy let me drive Mach and I wanted one of those instead. I actually had paperwork done on a GT already but the deal fell through and I ended up getting a Mach for only $1500 more. I'm very pleased.

You'd be surprised how many people think that Mach's just have a decal package. They get a little surprise when I'm shifting at 6800 rpms and walking away. Man do they like the spray too, my best ET is 11.8 @ 118 mph on a 125 shot and 12.1@116 mph on the 100 shot.
