Default Daily Drivers Or Other Projects??

Now I know we all are living for our Stangs but its always fun to hear about others daily drivers or projects there working on other then there beloved Stangs!! I myself live for Mustangs but you can't do everything with them. I for one like to get dirrty and am currenty working on a Jeep project!! I just bought a 93 Jeep Cherokee And am in the process of installing a full lift kit, rockers,an some 33's so i can do a little off roading in the fall!! Nothing like tearing thru the mud or tearing up some hills on a nice cool day . . Dont get me wrong I live for crusing in the Stang weather its jus a cruse or smoking a honda here and there!! But be serious not evey body just owns a Mustang! Although that would be pretty awsome!! So Lets us all know what everyone else is driving other then there Stangs!!

You want to hear about my daily driver?

It's an '07 with 300+hp/1200+tq. Stands 13'6", has a 200+ inch wheel base. Eaton-Fuller Transmission 10-sp. 3.55 rears (both rears). Runs on 295/75 R22.5 rubber. It's equiped with an APU.

Sounds kinda impressive when I describe it like that, huh?

My daily driver is a Freightliner 18-wheeler.

Shoot! Forgot to mention that the motor is an Inline 6, Turbo'd and running 40psi. I'm sure some would've had their hand on the B.S. flag and getting ready to wave it around like crazy.

Default Just a few...

Have a couple projects going or soon to be...
BlueFirePony is going full race duty at the end of this year so she won't be a daily driver any more...so I'll be looking for a new ride for around town then.

Just starting a project on a 1998 Dodge Avenger with my youngest son. Doing brake, exhaust, suspension, body & paint this year. Planning to drop in a turbo next year.

Plan to start a project with my other son...looking at a 1991 Miata that we are going to race prep for next year. He's just learning to race and the Miata is a great learning car.

Sometime next year I plan to do a project with my wife...we'll be looking to restore a 1968 Mustang coupe starting around Feb next year and start the long loving process of restoring to her dream car. We have a picture of what we want to do...now we just need time and $

My Mustang is my daily driver for the warm weather months. I'll be storing the car away for winter though, have a '97 Escort to drive in the snow.

My GT is also my daily driver...great for the warm weather stuff, but not so much when the weather turns ugly. Maybe this winter I'll be able to get some cheap beater for the bad weather and keep the Mustang (and me!) safe.

Right now, I'm in the process of doing some upgrade/maintenance work on the GT. Have new shocks awaiting installation and also waiting on a front brake upgrade kit. Would've been here by now had DHL not lost it! Grrr...
