The 2nd animal (Little Ricky) wanted in the murder of Opie has been caught,finally.
He has not been charged yet with the murder but is being held for a few warrants.This is how the system kept Horatio from running again.Ricky had several warrants ranging from back child support,unpaid tickets to probation violation.He is due in court sometime today for those warrants.Although we knd of see about another 9 months til 1 year of waiting for his punishment we are relieved he is finally off the streets.A 3rd guy who was involved (driver of the car) had been released cause he was suppose to testify against Horatio but Horatio took a plea.Now we are waiting to see if the driver will get any charges.
